Emily was the first lab member, and after more than 6 years working with Dr.Bar, she strated a program at UPenn to become a nurse in August 2022.

Jaimy worked in the Bar Lab on projects focused on investigating the effectiveness of the combination of bnAbs and IFN-alpha in suppressing HIV replication. Jaimy left the lab in 2022 when she started a position as assistant professor at La Salle University in Pennsylvania.

Greg spent one year in the Bar Lab. After his research experience, Greg returned to his medical profession as an internal medicine resident. Greg’s work in the Bar Lab covered HIV-1 neutralizing antibody responses after acute and early ART initiation.

Erin undertook her Ph.D. in the Weissman’s Lab at UPenn and was co-supervised by Dr. Bar. Erin now works as a science advisor to New Jersey's Assembly Democratic Office. Specifically, she supports the members of the legislature on issues relating to science, technology, and innovation.

David spent one year in the Bar Lab as an undergraduate researcher. David worked on characterizing the autologous neutralizing antibodies response in individuals under ATI.

Dave graduated at UPenn in May 2024.
